We are seeking a highly qualified On-Site Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to VIP users, including CEOs, VPs, and other executives. This professional must possess excellent communication skills, clarity in speech, and the ability to handle pressure well.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in attending to VIP users (CEOs, VPs, and others).
- Excellent communication skills and clarity in speech.
- Ability to handle pressure well and resolve problems efficiently.
- Experience in supporting laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other end-user devices.
- Excellent knowledge of Apple equipment.
- Experience with network device control tools such as Azure, Jamf, SCCM, and AD.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Relevant IT certifications.
- Experience in large corporate environments.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other end-user devices.
- Efficiently and professionally address and resolve technical issues for VIP users.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Apple equipment and network device control tools.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and solutions.
